Tylogent Reforzado is a broad-spectrum veterinary injectable formulated to combat susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is particularly recommended for chronic respiratory infections and diseases associated with Mycoplasma, including pneumonia, diphtheria, metritis, Mycoplasma-related arthritis, salmonellosis and certain forms of enteritis. Its combination of tylosin tartrate and gentamicin sulfate provides complementary antibacterial activity, helping the active ingredients distribute effectively throughout body tissues. The concentrated formulation allows treatment with smaller injection volumes and fewer applications compared with less concentrated preparations. Tylogent Reforzado also contains sodium dipyrone, providing analgesic and antipyretic support to help manage pain and fever associated with infection.
