Terms of Sale

These terms govern every sale made through camelvetstore.com.

Placing an order

An order placed on this site is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we confirm despatch, not when you submit the order. We may decline any order, and we will decline where:

• A prescription is required and has not been provided
• The stated intent is human use
• Import of the product appears unlawful at the destination
• Quantities are inconsistent with a yard's working stock and no commercial basis has been established
• We cannot verify the delivery details

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and exclude shipping, duties and taxes at the destination. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

Payment is required before despatch except on approved account terms. Payment instructions are emailed immediately after the order is placed.

Prescription products

Products marked prescription only require a valid prescription from a veterinarian licensed where the animal is kept, naming the animal or group, the product, the quantity and the prescriber. We retain prescriptions as our records require.

Despatch and delivery

Orders confirmed before 14:00 Gulf time on a working day are despatched the same day. Delivery estimates are estimates and not contractual commitments.

Risk passes on delivery to you or your nominated carrier. Title passes on payment in full.

Import, duties and permits

You are the importer of record. You are responsible for confirming that import is lawful at the destination, obtaining any permit required, and paying duties, taxes and clearance charges.

We provide full commercial documentation with every international consignment and will complete destination-specific forms on request. We cannot obtain your permit or act as importer on your behalf.

Where a consignment is detained or seized because a required permit was not held, we are not able to refund the goods.

Returns

See our Returns & Refunds policy. In summary: unopened, correctly stored products may be returned within 14 days less shipping; opened containers, cold chain items and despatched prescription medicines cannot be returned; anything damaged, incorrect or out of specification is replaced or refunded in full.

Liability

We are liable for supplying products that conform to their description and specification, and for despatching them in sound condition.

We are not liable for loss arising from administration of a product other than in accordance with its label and veterinary direction; from failure to observe a withdrawal period or competition rule; from storage outside the labelled conditions after delivery; or from import restrictions at the destination.

Our aggregate liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection applying where you are.
