Question 1

Do I need a veterinary prescription to order?

Accepted Answer

For prescription-only items, yes. Products marked 'Prescription only' on this site require a valid prescription from a veterinarian licensed where the animal is kept, and we will ask for it before we despatch. Non-prescription supplements, electrolytes, wormers and yard consumables can be ordered directly. Where your country requires an import permit as well, that is your responsibility to obtain — we cannot obtain it for you.

Question 2

Who are you allowed to sell to?

Accepted Answer

Trainers, yard managers, stud farms, racing stables and veterinary practices. At checkout you confirm that the products are for veterinary use in animals under the direction of a licensed veterinarian. We decline orders where the stated intent is human use, and we do not supply products for use in people under any circumstances.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank and wire transfer, cryptocurrency, Western Union or MoneyGram for destinations where banking is difficult, and invoice terms for established yard accounts. Card processors are generally unwilling to handle veterinary pharmaceuticals across borders, so we have built around methods that work reliably rather than ones that fail at checkout. Payment instructions arrive by email immediately after you place the order.

Question 4

Can you invoice my stable on account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose 'Invoice my stable' at checkout, or contact us with your requirements and we will issue a formal quotation. We offer net terms to established accounts and can work with most yard purchasing processes, including consolidated monthly invoicing across several strings.

Question 5

How do I check a batch is genuine?

Accepted Answer

Every batch we ship appears in our public batch register with its assay result, manufacture date, expiry date and QA release. Check the batch number printed on the vial or carton against the register — you do not need an account to read it. If the number is not there, or the details do not match what is on the container, stop and contact us the same day.

Question 6

What if my batch number doesn't match the certificate?

Accepted Answer

Contact us immediately and do not administer the product. A batch number on the container that does not match its release documentation is a failure on our side and we treat it as one: we replace the order and we pull the batch. Please keep the packaging — it is the evidence.

Question 7

Where do you source your products?

Accepted Answer

Directly from the manufacturers and their authorised national distributors. Every product page names the manufacturer and the country of origin, and we will tell you the specific supply route for any batch if you ask. A short supply chain is the main protection against falsified product in this trade.

Question 8

Can I have a product independently tested?

Accepted Answer

Please do. Tell us which laboratory you are using and we will share the manufacturer's release method so the comparison is like for like. If an independent assay materially contradicts the release certificate, we refund the order in full and pull the batch from sale pending investigation.

Question 9

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, worldwide, with full commercial documentation — invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where required, and the manufacturer batch documentation for everything in the box. International customers are responsible for confirming that import is lawful in their jurisdiction, for obtaining any import permit, and for customs duties and taxes.

Question 10

How are temperature-sensitive products shipped?

Accepted Answer

Products requiring cold chain are flagged on their product page and ship in an insulated box with gel packs sized to the transit time for your destination, at no extra cost on express services. Please have someone available to receive the shipment and get it into a fridge promptly — twenty minutes on a hot yard undoes the packaging.

Question 11

How quickly do orders leave?

Accepted Answer

Orders confirmed before 14:00 Gulf time on a working day are despatched the same day. Orders placed after Thursday afternoon hold until Sunday rather than sitting in a courier depot over a weekend — we would rather explain a short delay than replace a cooked shipment.

Question 12

My shipment is held at customs. What now?

Accepted Answer

Send us the detention reference and we will supply whatever additional documentation the authority is asking for. What we cannot do is obtain your import permit or write your prescription retrospectively. Our guide to importing veterinary medicines covers the paperwork that clears a consignment first time.

Question 13

How should I store these products in summer?

Accepted Answer

Most items are labelled 'store below 25 °C', which in a Gulf summer needs an air-conditioned medicine room or an insulated cabinet — not the tack room and certainly not the vet box in a pickup. Cold chain items need a dedicated fridge at 2–8 °C with a min/max thermometer that is actually read. Our storage guide covers what heat does to each product type.

Question 14

How long can I use a multi-dose vial after opening?

Accepted Answer

Unless the label says otherwise, discard multi-dose vials 28 days after first broaching regardless of the printed expiry date. Write the broaching date on the vial when you first enter it. Use a fresh needle every time you draw, and never re-enter a vial with a used needle.

Question 15

A vial arrived with particles in it. Is it usable?

Accepted Answer

No. Do not administer any solution containing particulate matter, crystals or precipitate where the label describes a clear solution, and do not use a suspension that will not resuspend evenly. Photograph it and contact us — we will replace it.

Question 16

Why do you publish withdrawal times so prominently?

Accepted Answer

Because the whole trade depends on people being able to comply with them. Under essentially every racing rulebook the trainer is strictly liable for what is found in the animal, so the withdrawal period is the single most consequential piece of information attached to a product. We publish the manufacturer's guidance and we tell you to confirm it against your own authority's current rules and add a margin.

Question 17

Will you tell me what dose to give?

Accepted Answer

We publish the manufacturer's labelled dose range as a reference for the attending veterinarian. We do not advise buyers on dosing. Dose depends on the animal's weight, condition, renal and hepatic function, concurrent medication and the actual diagnosis — none of which we can assess from an order form. Ask your veterinarian.

Question 18

Are these products for human use?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything on this site is supplied for veterinary use in animals only. None of it is intended, labelled or suitable for use in people, and we will not supply it for that purpose.

Question 19

Can I return an order?

Accepted Answer

Unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund less shipping, provided they have been stored correctly. We cannot accept returns of opened containers, of cold chain items that have left our custody, or of prescription medicines once despatched — that is a chain-of-custody requirement, not a commercial preference. Anything that arrives damaged, incorrect or out of specification we replace or refund in full.
